Analyzing a company is one function a mutual account manager performs when selecting to invest. The business should adapt to a strategic aim, evaluate cool product developments, and also have an increased market potential. Kellogg Company is known as a multinational, diversified, food manufacturing company producing cereals, appetizers, and other food. A shared fund director would recommend investing in the Kellogg Company based on long lasting profitability and financial steadiness. Originally known as The Battle Creek Done Corn Flake Company in 1906, in 1922 T. K. Kellogg renamed that Kellogg Organization. According to Kellogg Company (2012),  " Kellogg Company may be the world's leading producer of cereal, second largest developer of cookies and crackers and -- through the May 2012 acquisition of the iconic Pringles business – the world's second greatest savory treats company. Additionally , Kellogg can be described as leading developer of freezing foods” (para.  1). A great analysis of Kellogg Firm reveals advantages, weakness, options, and risks that pick out some key issues within the company. Like a company, Kellogg has a number of strengths: it is just a widely known name brand, the advertising campaign slogans happen to be famous, and the company holds the largest global market share pertaining to pre-sweetened cereal. Every firm has weak points as well - Kellogg hasn't developed innovative cereal lines, their business in the United States can be declining, plus the pricing approach is out-of-date. Kellogg Organization has grown inside the international marketplace, making advances by acquiring the Pringles Company in May 2012 (Kellogg Business News Space: In the Information,  2012). Kellogg Company extended to European countries, South America, and Asia Pacific cycles, observing a slow expansion to keep expenses from exceeding profits.
