4Motivational ProcessesAttracting and retaining employees are main factors in the current businesses. Inspiration is an important part of this. There are four basic elements of motivation – One particular, meeting simple human demands, Two, Creating jobs that motivate persons, a third can be enhancing the belief that desired advantages can be attained and next, treating people equitably.
