Program Description:

This program is an intro to the research of managing, designed to permit the students to experience a better understanding of its principles and principles. Emphasis is positioned on the managing functions of planning, organising, staffing, directing and handling. Principles of scientific administration, motivation, and economic examination are researched relative to all their use in business decisions.

Training course topics include:

*Management; Objectives and plans; Management simply by objectives and approaches to planning; Management decision-making.

*The Organising Function: Procedure and framework; Staffing and organization; Casual organization and motivation.

*Effective Leadership, Corporation and Weather: Change and development; Company communication; Management and control.

*Production and Operation Management I and II: Taking care of small businesses; Handling the multinational enterprise; Corporate social responsibility and organization ethics.

Course Results:

Upon effective completion of the course, the students should be able to have got a full knowledge of the concepts and the rules of supervision. The students will be able to develop a great ability to assess and apply management principles to solve supervision problems at any given organization situation inside the most professional manner.

Student Grading and Evaluation:

Two term papers (20% each): 4-6 pages, double-spaced

Class Attendance (5%)

Final Examination (20%)

Paper Projects:

Each daily news must be among 5-6 webpages in length, double-spaced. Each newspaper should include citations and a bibliography. The lecturer should certainly give authorization on paper topics beforehand. Zero late paperwork will be accepted unless permission has been approved at least one week prior to the due date.

School Attendance and Participation:
