Steven Fraser -- R versus Fraser -- Murder of youngsters

Legal Citation: R versus Fraser [2003] NSWSC 965 and R v Fraser [2004] NSWSC 53 Components of the Offence: Steven Fraser murdered his three children – Ashley (7), Ryan (5), and Jarrod (4) – within the weekend with the 18 – 19 August, 2001. Fraser was taken under police guard to Sutherland Hospital wherever police state he said: " My personal children had been my globe, I wiped out my kids to protect them. My personal children are in peace right now. " Factors that lead to lawbreaker behaviour: Fraser had just lately split with his wife and was incredibly distraught by the fact the lady had managed to move on and began a romantic relationship with one other man.
