Values and ethics are foundational to any successful organization. Values will be the standard against which contemporary society measures good and bad, the desirable and undesirable and the concept of business integrity is knowing what is right and wrong after which doing what is right. Essential decisions are produced every day in the work environment every decision will have a financial effect on the company if the choice is confident or bad. A company can assume the values and ethics of its commanders, which is expressed through their behaviors with their employees, buyers and competitors. These actions become the culture or personality of the firm. Judgments by using an individual's integrity and principles have long been section of the behind the scenes evaluation of one's personal and specialist lives. Ciulla defines study regarding ethics since, " the study of ethics is about what we should carry out and that which you be. Is actually about right, wrong, great, evil and the relationship of humans to each other and other living things” (Ciulla, 2003, s. xi). Ethics also can be stated as the simple process of an individual honoring those rights that are considered naturals rights of each and every human being. Values are quite comparable to ethics for the reason that they are the seen as beliefs that are both critical and long-lasting that a world holds necessary for its citizenry (Business Book, 2009).

It is vital to note that in most cases ethics and beliefs are culturally biased. A simpler explanation in this statement can be that what one tradition or population group holds an enduring beliefs and values which may be dramatically not the same as the opinions shared in other cultures.
