ABSTRACT

The emergence of entrepreneurs in agriculture and allied actions can launch our country population in to self preserving individuals, whom in turn can catalyze the development of economy. The concepts of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship have been completely frequently applied to industrial sector. Agriculture, alternatively, has generally been considered as non-entrepreneurial classic activity. To get rural folk it is a method for life. Hence farmers had been never visualized as business operators and farming as an organization. Not much has become developed to farmers in to rational business, sensing persons or in other words ‘entrepreneurs'. The genesis of entrepreneurship in agriculture and allied actions, is quite recent. It is now being widely accepted that embrace production, productivity, of terms, farm diversity, innovation and development of maqui berry farmers into self sustaining individuals follow transmission of the gumptiouspioneering, up-and-coming qualities among the farmers. Factors like liberalization of the economic climate have created the right ambience pertaining to growth of internet marketers in cultivation. It is estimated that at present women entrepreneurs comprise about 10% from the total entrepreneurs in India. The term " Women Entrepreneurship” mean, a great act of business possession and organization creation that empowers females economically, raises their financial strength along with position in society. Hence women-entrepreneurs have already been making some considerable impact in all most all the sectors of the economic system which is a lot more than 25 percent of all types of organization. In India " Entrepreneurship” is very limited amongst women especially in the formal sector, which is less than 5 percent of all the business. The character trait of ladies entrepreneurs includes Risk takers, opportunist, developer, commercialiser, speculator, innovator, adaptable etc . There are many problems connected with women business people such as issue of financial situation, family tasks, limited mobility factor and domination by male, aged and obsolete social prospect etc . This paper implies various complications and upcoming prospects of ladies entrepreneurs.
